Round Table Tasting # 4 – Bdx Blends Blind:
A small group blind tasting focusing on wines produced from Bordeaux grapes across the globe: specifically their flavor profiles, popularity and costs. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot.

About the Round Table Tastings:
These small group tastings will follow a traditional round table discussion format and be centered around small production, collectable, or library wines. The idea here to is examine and evaluate wines from equal but different perspectives, while drawing on knowledge from winemakers, industry experts and each other. Attendees can expect an evening of lighthearted conversation and discussion centered around a unique selection of thought provoking wines. Topics will include everything from single estates, to specific varietals, and even specific vintages. While more advanced in nature, these are casual events and are open to all levels of wine drinker. Tastings are expected to last around 1.5- 2 hours.
