Join us for the 2nd iteration of Pig & Vino, featuring the amazing food of Chef Drew & high-end wine selections from across the globe! Whilst it still seems like somewhat of a secret, wine is truly the perfect match for a classic fall Hog Roast. Dry crisp whites use mouth-watering acidity to cut right through fatty meat, whereas young fresh reds compliment it’s juiciness, and bold powerful varietals pair perfectly with the smoky flavors.
